Weren't you just thinking the other day that you wanted a wedding experience so amazing and exciting that it felt like it had a cheer squad proposal followed by a New Years Eve wedding in New York Times Square as the ball drops?? We thought so....guess what here it is! Local photographer Sarah Zimmer from Cardiff captured this exciting event for us all to share the love (along with the rest of the world!) Alfredo & Monica were destined to celebrate with America on stage this New Year’s Eve in Times Square. Generation Tux held a national competition for newly engaged couples to get married on stage in Times Square under the ball drop on New Years Eve, crowning them the FIRST couple of 2016! Timing is everything for Alfredo and Monica. After locking eyes at a party many years ago while both were in relationships with other people, there was a connection there that couldn’t be denied. All it took was meeting again while both were single, and the two have been inseparable ever since. Proposing with group choreography from their beloved Center Stage cheer squad and tons of excitement, this couple is no stranger to larger-than-life moments and sharing their undeniable love with those around them. Fueled by their love for each other and the amazing girls on the cheerleading team Monica coaches, Miami’s-own Alfredo & Monica were destined to celebrate with America on stage this New Year’s Eve in Times Square!
