By purchasing ad options on our cart you are entering in to a contract with Love Your Show, Inc.

Explanation of the terms and conditions of advertising packages purchased for SanDiegoWedding.com:

The Company may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject any contract for any reason at any time without any liability or obligation whatsoever, to any individual and/or entity, including without limitation, to Representative or to any entities seeking to purchase advertising.  

The Company guarantees that the Client's listing will remain on the SanDiegoWedding.com web site for the full duration of the package chosen, unless the Client cancels the package for any reason. 

The Company must approve all advertisements, photos, copy and information hosted on the site.

The Client agrees that the Company has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that is stored on the SanDiegoWedding.com web site on the Client's behalf, if the account is canceled by the Client.  

The Client must own and/or be responsible for licensing all content including photos, graphics, text, and any other materials given to the Company for inclusion on the Client's advertising package. The Client will not hold the Company responsible for any liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) associated with any claim or action brought against the Client for actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other property right with regard to content provided or technical design and development of the Client's advertising package or editorial submissions.  

The Company and other vendors listed on the SanDiegoWedding.com web site, are not responsible for any loss Client suffers as a result of being a part of any project of the Company.  

By purchasing this option on cart I agree to all terms listed.

The Company guarantees that work will be completed on the Client's advertising package within two weeks of receiving this application and contract.

The Client may request updates in Contact Information [name, phone, email and website] listed on the Client's advertising package at no charge as many times as needed.  

One change out of images and content on website is allowed per year after which if the Client requires changes involving image or content changes editing work will be done at a rate of $30 per half hour for design fee. If the changes requested are more extensive, new payment arrangements must be made between the Client and the Company.
